The Sexto Sol Center for Community Action was founded in 1997 for the purpose of promoting community based solutions to poverty in the Sierra Madre. Our mission is to contribute to the elimination of poverty and the restoration of the damagd environment by promoting cooperative enterprise, environmental sound agriculture, appropriate technology and conservation.
